The Details

Monitise Create (acquired by FiServ) was a mobile focused design agency of 150 people and headquartered in London. I joined as their Creative Director and was responsible for building out the San Francisco UX and visual design team. Additionally, I was responsible for leading client strategy to ensure that our team could design and build out our clients product vision. Key client deals we signed were with MasterCard, Vantiv, Kohls, US Bank and Bank of Hawaii to name a few. We successfully delivered 8 figures in revenue and underburned on every client project I was responsible for. I trained my team on Scrum and refined our design processes to be leaner, enabling us to respond to clients’ needs more effectively which led to increased margins.
