Grew Team From 2 to 19
Early Warning hired me to build out and run their first consumer product and design team for Zelle. Zelle is a real-time P2P Payment Network backed by leading US financial institutions. Zelle processed 170M transactions and $70B in P2P payments in 2017. I grew the team from 2 to 19 in under a year. While doing that I architected and launched the Zelle brand. We built the UX certification process to certify the 15 largest banks in America to our design guidelines. My other major function was building out the UX and Product Requirements to launch our native iOS & Android P2P payment app.
