Vantiv hired us to redesign their real-time consumer card control app. The app served thousands of customers who wanted stronger debit card protections against fraud and theft. As part of our work, we held an initial workshop with them where we captured their vision for what this product should do and what was currently not working well. Taking that vision, we refactored the user experience to focus on a seamless setup, simplified controls and quick responses for fraud and theft detection. As part of our final delivery, we delivered a full set of wireframes, refined product specs and a clickable prototype.
